At Crestline Bagel Company we have a rule: if we would not serve it to you in our home we will not serve it to you in our bakery. Therefore, we use only the freshest ingredients - making every effort to buy local and organic produce. Our bagels and breads are made from scratch daily with no added oils, fats or artificial flavorings. We use 100% high protein, enriched wheat flour. We take great pride in developing our recipes in both the bakery and the deli to ensure a great and consistent product everyday. Wide selections of cream cheeses are hand mixed daily using the same attention to detail. Boar's Head is our exclusive deli product supplier because we believe they offer the purest high quality products. With NO artificial colors, flavors, by-products, cereals or fillers, you get just what you order and nothing else!
Our coffee supplier, Higher Ground Roasters, has won numerous taste and quality awards including ‘Roaster of the Year.’ Organic beans are roasted daily and hand delivered to ensure quality. We also brew Two Leaves and a Bud, which are organic single region teas. The quality and consistency have been a big part of our success and we would not want to serve you anything less.
Crestline Bagel Company supports our local community through donations of resources and time to charitable events and outreach programs. At the end of each day, all left over bagels are donated to local food banks.
