Crestline Bagel Company takes great pride in developing our recipes in both the bakery and the deli to ensure a truly special and consistent product. Along with our old favorites, we regularly feature new menu items and baked goods to keep things exciting. Some of our new items this year include the Crestline Quesadilla, cucumber dill cream cheese, spicy turkey club, and the garden delight whole wheat wrap.
Nobody does breakfast like Crestline Bagel Company. We bake our bagels and breads each morning along with our delicious muffins, scones, donuts and bagel bites. We have 16 types of bagels everyday and 12 flavors of hand-mixed cream cheese. Our breakfast sandwiches are also served on wraps and we now offer the “Eggel” for our commuters- a bagel stuffed with sausage, egg and Vermont cheddar cheese.
Our signature chicken salad and spicy pimento cheese is available on any of our breads, in a salad, or in to-go containers. Our specialty sandwiches are made with Boar’s Head products because Boar’s Head meats and cheeses offer the highest quality ingredients with no artificial colors, flavors, by-products or fillers; the perfect compliment to our all natural New York style bagels. Our unique sandwiches are also available on our freshly baked sourdough and challah bread, our yummy herbed focaccia bread, croissants, wheatberry, or rye bread and wraps. And don’t forget you can always create your own masterpiece!
In our effort to support other original locally based businesses we proudly serve Higher Ground Roasters coffees. Our beans are roasted and delivered fresh each week. Six different types of coffee are brewed all day long including: Crestline Bagel Dark House, Decaffeinated House, Black Warrior River Medium Roast, Cahaba River Medium Roast, Pecan and Hazelnut. A portion of the proceeds from the sales of Black Warrior River and Cahaba River coffees go benefit those non-profits. Higher Ground is 100% organic, fair trade coffee, having won the prestigious Roast Magazine's Roaster of the Year award. Two Leaves & A Bud is our hot tea of choice; using great whole leaf organic teas from single regions brew a mean cuppa' tea! No matter your mood, one of our 12 teas is bound to hit the spot!
