How do I order?

Order online with our website or download our Crestline Bagel app from the app store to earn rewards. In person: When you arrive, grab a menu by the door, and place your order. As you move towards the register, please pick additional items from the bakery case, such as muffins, cookies, dog treats and more! When you reach the register, simply tell the cashier what you ordered and pay. The cashier will provide you a beverage cup at this time. With some exceptions your food should be ready by the time you are finished making your coffee or drink.

Do you take reservations?

Due to our steady stream of customers, we are unable to take reservations or close off tables for groups. We do have community tables, so if you are dining with us in a group, please notify us when you're in line. We will do our very best to accommodate your group at one of our community tables.

Do you take to-go orders?

We are happy to take to-go orders placed via our website or app. 

What about gluten?

Crestline Bagel Co. is not a certified gluten free restaurant nor do we offer gluten free bagels. We do offer salads, parfaits, breakfast bowls, etc. that do not contain gluten.

Do you take special orders?

We accept special orders for bagels, baked goods, and granola. Special orders and catering tray pick ups must be placed at least one day in advance and prepaid. For special orders of a particular bagel flavor, we recommend placing a special order for more than a dozen the day before. This allows our bakers to make the dough and bake the bagels just for you! Also, please do not leave a message for special orders. We ask that you talk to one of our friendly employees so they can get all the details!

Do you make charitable donations?

We work with many nonprofit organizations including Children’s Hospital of Alabama, Smile-A-Mile, The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, The Mountain Brook City School System, and The Vestavia City School System. If you have a donation request please click here and provide the requested information. Requests must be received 45 days prior to your event.
